Our team is growing to better help you reach your goals. So we’d like to take a minute and introduce our new team members, Emmett Agnew and Patrick Adrian.
Emmett comes to RedQuarry with extensive knowledge and experience in both investment research and technology. As a research analyst for Filament, a leading independent investment advisor based in Seattle, Emmett was responsible for investment manager due diligence and capital markets research. He also designed and developed an internal due diligence tracking application and worked extensively with financial data. It’s no surprise he’s hit the ground running and already making a big impact with us.
As a Senior Developer, Emmett’s focus is the ongoing management and new feature creation for RedQuarry.
In addition to his software development certifications, Emmett holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Finance degree from Seattle University.
We couldn’t be more thrilled to add another investment practitioner/software guru to the team!
Pat has spent his career at the intersection of technology and investment management. Trained and brought up in a culture of research, Pat found the perfect industry to supply endless problems to solve. In his pursuit of manager research excellence, Pat found his way to RedQuarry and after seeing one of the earliest mockups it’s safe to say he instantly became our first advocate. After a multi-year informal advisory relationship, he now joins the team on a formal basis. He will work alongside Co-founder’s Jared Potter and Chris Tinsley in a leadership role to direct our team’s effort to deliver world-class customer service and drive our product development into the future.
Pat joins RedQuarry from his latest venture as a Partner at Monea Investments. Monea offers quantitative, tactical trading strategies designed to produce world-class returns independent of prevailing capital market conditions. Monea was 2014 HFM Awards Newcomer - managed futures (CTA). Pat helped build Monea from the ground up along side the firm’s founder and team of PhD researchers. He continues to be involved in the firm as an owner. Earlier in his career he held consulting and manager research roles at Threshold Group and Russell Investments.
Pat holds a B.S in Economics from University of Puget Sound and is a CFA charterholder. When not with the RedQuarry team, Pat can be found spending time with family and exploring the mountains of the Pacific Northwest.
As RedQuarry continues to move forward, we are committed to improving the investment research profession by providing you with practical tools and real solutions.
